Joe and "The Guys" made their road trip to El Paso and Joe returned home yesterday...TOTALLY exhausted! We were all really concerned when we realized that the guys had left on Thursday night and were only to Biloxi, MS by Saturday night! Can't imagine why, can you?! They all were looking forward to doing some gambling! They also had a problem on the way to Alabama where the breaks locked up on the trailer that was pulling Adam's truck and blew out the tire. They were stuck on the side of the highway at midnight waiting for Penske to come and attend to the problem. I was glad that they stopped and got some sleep so that they could focus on their driving. Overall, they seemed to have a great time and really enjoyed the time they got to spend being crazy!
When Charlie got married 6 years ago he gave the guys a painting that he created signifying the bond between the four of them with the chinese symbol meaning "FAMILY." Since then Joe had hats made for all of the guys w/ the same symbol. They have been talking about getting it tatooed for years but their agreement was that all 4 guys had to be there together. Well, since this was the first time they were all together, they FINALLY got their tatoo! I am happy for the guys that they were able to spend some quality time together and end a great trip w/ their tatoos! It's nice to have Joe home!
